The main combustion chamber of the paint stripping furnace, also known as the cracking chamber, is where organic matter is broken down from long chains of large molecules into relatively small short chains, creating an oxygen deficient environment inside. In principle, it is understood to decompose solid organic matter into gaseous organic flue gas, thereby achieving the purpose of peeling off from the metal surface. Under normal circumstances, the characterization temperature ranges from room temperature to 250 ℃ for rapid temperature rise, from 250 ℃ to 380 ℃ for program controlled temperature rise, and from 380 ℃ to 420 ℃ for baking temperature rise. The secondary combustion chamber, also known as the oxidation chamber, and the organic flue gas are incinerated at high temperatures by small molecule short chains under the action of oxygen, creating a relatively oxygen rich environment. From the perspective of environmental protection, it means to oxidize the flue gas as close as possible to the final products of general combustion, namely carbon dioxide and water vapor. Thus achieving the goal of organized emissions. Under normal circumstances, the characterization temperature is involved in the program control temperature rise section of the main combustion chamber, and the temperature can reach 600 to 900 ℃.
The working principle of the hot cleaning furnace: The hot cleaning furnace has two relatively independent heating systems and temperature and smoke control systems. The heating system heats the furnace chamber to a certain range and automatically controls the concentration of flue gas inside the furnace, gradually decomposing surface organic matter into gas. When the decomposition products (gas) enter the combustion system and undergo high-temperature treatment, they are converted into CO2 and water vapor and discharged through the chimney. The remaining parts in the furnace are workpieces and inorganic substances that are not affected by temperature. The inorganic substance has turned into a powder and can be removed by gently tapping or rinsing with water. The material properties of the workpiece remain unchanged.


We will place the items (hanging workpieces) that need to be peeled off and decomposed on the trolley in the main decomposition chamber. In the main decomposition chamber, they will be heated by a combustion engine. Here, we will isolate the flame of the combustion engine (using a ventilated refractory furnace to isolate the flame, only outputting heat), so that the organic coating on the surface of the workpiece gradually decomposes into gas (black smoke decomposition products). This process needs to be controlled at all times to ensure the speed and concentration of decomposition products, so as to ensure that the gas can be processed when entering the secondary combustion chamber.
