Process route:

Raw water → Water pump → Integrated water purifier (coagulation, sedimentation, filtration) → Disinfection → Clear water tank

1. Integrated water purifier (core):

   Internally, it usually includes:

   ■ Coagulation reaction zone: The reagent is rapidly mixed with water through pipeline mixer or mechanical stirring.

   Slant plate sedimentation zone: Utilizing the principle of shallow pool to efficiently settle alum flowers, greatly reducing sedimentation time.

   Gravity filtration zone: using multi-layer filter materials such as quartz sand and anthracite to intercept fine suspended solids.

   ■ Automatic backwashing system: When the resistance of the filter layer increases, it automatically backwashs to restore the filtering capacity.

2. Dosing system: including dissolution, stirring, and metering devices for coagulants (PAC) and disinfectants (sodium hypochlorite). It is recommended to use a metering pump for small projects.

3. Disinfection equipment: Sodium hypochlorite generator (on-site production, safe) or directly adding finished sodium hypochlorite solution can be used. Ultraviolet disinfection can be used as a supplement.

4. Power and control cabinet: Integrated control of water pump, valve, liquid level gauge, and pressure gauge, capable of automatic operation.

Advantages:

• Extremely small: about 1/5-1/10 of traditional craftsmanship.

Short construction period: factory prefabrication, fast on-site installation and debugging.

High degree of automation: It can achieve "one click start stop", automatic backwashing, and simple management.

• Relatively low investment.
