In terms of reagent adaptation, the instrument recommends using 0.1mol/L potassium permanganate standard solution (1/5KMnO ₄) as the titrant, combined with pure water or 1mol/L sulfuric acid solution as the solvent, and supplemented with manganese sulfate to form a mature reagent scheme without repeated debugging.

At the endpoint, there is a sudden jump in potential, and the instrument automatically determines the endpoint according to a preset differential threshold (200) to avoid manual errors.

Compared to traditional methods, its advantages are significant: it does not rely on indicators and is not affected by the appearance of the sample; Fully automated operation, reducing manual intervention, balancing stability and reliability.


3、 Operation process: Convenient, efficient, and easy to learn

The standard operating procedure is simple: take an appropriate amount of hydrogen peroxide sample, dissolve it in 50mL of 1mL/L sulfuric acid solution and 0.5g of manganese sulfate; Place the beaker on the titration table, select the "hydrogen peroxide content titration" mode, and the instrument will automatically start titration. Preset mixing speed of 200, 1000ms per drop interval to ensure stable reaction and signal acquisition, and automatic display of concentration results after titration.

A single test only takes 3 minutes, meeting the batch testing needs of enterprises and avoiding the impact of delayed testing on production.


4、 Test performance: Accurate and stable data witnessing

Under the conditions of 23 ℃ and 50% humidity, the CT-1Plus potentiometric titrator tested the concentration of hydrogen peroxide three times in parallel, and the data is as follows:

2. Sample 0.0273g, endpoint volume 4.4176mL, content 27.53%

3. Sample 0.0328g, endpoint volume 5.3115mL, content 27.55%

The average value is 27.54%, with minimal deviation, confirming the accuracy and repeatability of the instrument, which can provide reliable data for the semiconductor industry to control the quality of hydrogen peroxide and reduce production risks.
