The standard operating procedure is simple: take an appropriate amount of hydrogen peroxide sample, dissolve it in 50mL of 1mL/L sulfuric acid solution and 0.5g of manganese sulfate; Place the beaker on the titration table, select the "hydrogen peroxide content titration" mode, and the instrument will automatically start titration. Preset mixing speed of 200, 1000ms per drop interval to ensure stable reaction and signal acquisition, and automatic display of concentration results after titration.
A single test only takes 3 minutes, meeting the batch testing needs of enterprises and avoiding the impact of delayed testing on production.
4、 Test performance: Accurate and stable data witnessing
Under the conditions of 23 ℃ and 50% humidity, the CT-1Plus potentiometric titrator tested the concentration of hydrogen peroxide three times in parallel, and the data is as follows:
1. Sample 0.0270g, endpoint volume 4.3703mL, content 27.53%
2. Sample 0.0273g, endpoint volume 4.4176mL, content 27.53%
3. Sample 0.0328g, endpoint volume 5.3115mL, content 27.55%

The average value is 27.54%, with minimal deviation, confirming the accuracy and repeatability of the instrument, which can provide reliable data for the semiconductor industry to control the quality of hydrogen peroxide and reduce production risks.
