Among various existing sewage treatment processes, the pulsator mixer can mainly overcome the problems of blind spots in traditional blade (slurry) mixing and poor water gas mixing effect in aeration process, and play its advantage of uniform mixing. 1. After a short period of time on the shore, observe the direction of impeller movement. When viewed from top to bottom, the correct direction of movement is counterclockwise rotation. If the opposite is true, switch the wiring positions of any two power supplies.
2. Separate and fix the motor cable from the sling, and never tie the cable steel rope together. To prevent steel ropes and cables from getting caught up in the impeller.
3. Use a crane to lift multiple curved surfaces and slowly place them in the designated position in the pool, being careful not to collide with the pool wall.
4. Secure one end of the fixed rope to the shore and connect the cable to the electrical control cabinet.
After the installation of the equipment is completed, a trial run must be conducted. Before trial operation, approximately 70% of the tank volume must be injected into the tank. Do not operate the equipment without water to prevent the mixing shaft from bending due to uneven force. Pay attention to checking after trial operation:
1. Check for any abnormal noise or temperature rise in the deceleration motor.
2. Is the motor current within the rated range (overcurrent is normal for a short period of time during startup)
3. The swinging situation of the mixing shaft.
4. Is there any debris in the pool.
In any of the above situations where abnormal phenomena occur, the cause must be identified and corrected before use.
