1. Grid body part

2. Cleaning rake (toothed rake)

The cleaning rake is evenly distributed and installed on a plate roller chain that rotates around the grid body, with a spacing determined by the amount of dirt, generally around 1.5m-2m. The center distance of the rake teeth is the same as the center distance of the grid bars. The roller chain rotates around the grid body along the guide rail, driving the rake to move along the grid surface.

3. Transmission part

The transmission system mainly consists of an electric motor, a planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer, an active sprocket, a drive chain (sleeve roller chain), and a wheel axle group. The wheel axle group is adjusted by the driven sprocket, transmission shaft, traction sprocket, plate roller, and adjusting bolt. The traction sprockets at both ends of the transmission shaft supported on the left and right adjustable bearing brackets mesh with the plate roller chain, causing the roller chain to rotate along the guide rail. To synchronize the tension of the two roller chains, adjustment screws are installed on the left and right adjustment bearings.
