1、 Overview
IH type chemical pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump, which is marked with rated performance points and size equivalent to the international standard ISO2858-1975 (E). It is an energy-saving product used to replace F-type corrosion-resistant pumps and is suitable for conveying corrosive media with temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 105 ℃ or media with physical and chemical properties similar to water in the chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, power plant, food, pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and other sectors.

The IH pump is designed based on the performance and dimensions specified in the international standard IS02858. The pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, sealing ring, intermediate bracket, sealing and suspension components, etc.
The pump body and pump cover form the working chamber of the pump, with the pump body oriented horizontally and the outlet oriented vertically upwards. The pump cover is clamped between the pump body and the middle bracket through a stopper, and the suspension components are fixed to the middle bracket through a stopper. The impeller, shaft, and bearings are the rotors of the pump, while the suspension and bearing components support the rotors. The pump adopts a rear opening structure and uses an extended coupling, which has the advantage of being easy to maintain without disassembling the pump body, pipeline, and motor. Only the middle connecting piece of the extended coupling can be removed to exit the rotor components for maintenance.
Two single row radial ball bearings are installed in the suspension to support the pump shaft and withstand the radial and axial forces of the pump.
The shaft seal has a packing seal or a mechanical seal.
Packing seal: The pump cover is equipped with a packing box, which uses soft packing seal. The packing box can be filled with water under certain pressure for sealing, cooling or cleaning purposes.
Mechanical seal: Choose single or double end mechanical seals as needed, and fill the sealing chamber with water under a certain pressure to flush the friction end face and provide cooling effect.
The transmission pump is directly driven by an electric motor through an extended coupling. When viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
