The performance parameters of the IS centrifugal pump are cleverly combined and designed on the basis of a general vertical pump. At the same time, chemical pumps suitable for corrosive media are derived from the ISG type based on different operating temperatures, media, etc. This series of products has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance. Complies with the latest national standard requirements of JB/T5305 8-93 of the Ministry of Machinery. The product is designed and manufactured according to the international IS02858 standard, and this series of products can use stainless steel raw materials of different materials according to different media.

1. The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.

2. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, and low noise of the pump.

The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seals.

1. Used for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching, with a temperature of T<80 ℃.

2. Widely applicable to: energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels, restaurants and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation, and urban use of warm system circulation pumps. 1. The suction pressure is less than 1.0 MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is less than 1.6 MPa, that is, the chemical pump suction inlet pressure+pump head is less than 1.6 MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. If the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6 MPa BU, it should be separately stated when ordering. In order to use cast steel materials for the overcurrent and connection parts of the centrifugal pump during manufacturing.

2. Environmental temperature<40 ℃, relative humidity<95%.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be greater than 0.2 mm.
