Product Overview:
1. ISW horizontal clear water centrifugal pump is used for conveying clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-pressure building booster pump water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pump boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation boosting and equipment matching. The operating temperature is T ≤ 80 ℃.
2. The ISWR horizontal hot water centrifugal pump is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants, and other boiler hot water pressurized circulation transportation and urban heating systems. The ISWR type is suitable for operating temperatures T ≤ 120 ℃.
3. IHW horizontal chemical centrifugal pump, used for conveying solid particles free and corrosive. A liquid with viscosity similar to water, suitable for sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, with a usage temperature of -20 ℃ to+120 ℃.

Special note:
Water pumps below 7.5kw can be equipped with seismic isolation pads and installed directly on the foundation.
When the power is above 7.5kw, it can be installed directly with the casting foundation, or our company's ISG.ISW connection plate can be used in conjunction with the seismic isolator for installation

Installation instructions for horizontal stainless steel pipeline pump
1. Before installation, check if the fasteners of the unit are loose and if there are any foreign objects blocking the flow channel of the pump body to avoid damaging the blades during the operation of the water pump
Wheel and pump body.
2. The weight of the pipeline should not be added to the water pump during installation to avoid deformation of the pump.
3. The foundation bolts must be tightened during installation to avoid the impact of vibration on pump performance during start-up.
4. For the convenience of maintenance and safety of use, install one regulating valve on each inlet and outlet pipeline of the pump, and install one near the pump outlet
Only pressure gauges are used to ensure operation within the rated head and flow range, ensuring the normal operation of the pump and increasing its service life.
5. After installation, the pump shaft should be moved, and there should be no friction sound or jamming phenomenon of the impeller. Otherwise, the pump should be disassembled to check the cause.
6. There are two types of pump installation: rigid connection installation and flexible connection installation (see connection method).

Working conditions:
1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0mpa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6mpa, that is, the pump suction pressure+pump head is ≤
1.6mpa, pump static pressure test force is 2.5mpa, please specify the system working pressure when ordering. The working pressure of the pump system is greater than
1.6mpa should be separately requested during ordering. In order to use cast steel materials for the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump during manufacturing.
2. The ambient temperature is less than 40 ℃ and the relative humidity is less than 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is with small particles, please indicate it when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
