IMC type magnetic pumpIt is a high-power and high head magnetic drive pump developed based on years of experience in magnetic pump manufacturing. Its appearance and installation dimensions are designed and manufactured according to ISO standards. The overall structure adopts a motor direct connection rear pull type, supported by a middle bracket, with a compact structure, easy disassembly and maintenance, and a wide performance range.
IMC pump belongs to high-power and high head fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump. The appearance and installation dimensions of the pump are designed and manufactured according to ISO standards. All specifications are motor direct connection type, supported by a middle bracket, with a compact structure and easy disassembly. The driving form is magnetic indirect non-contact drive, and the inner and outer magnetic bodies are isolated by isolation sleeves to keep the pump chamber in a closed state, thereby eliminating dripping and never polluting the use site. Replacing dynamic seals with static seals and indirectly driving through magnetic coupling eliminates the trouble of dripping and never pollutes the usage site. Due to the use of "fluoroplastic alloy" for the overcurrent part of the pump. It can continuously transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and strong oxidants of any concentration without damage.
IMC type magnetic pumpThe main components are made of steel lined F46, with high pump body strength. High performance magnetic material "neodymium iron boron" is used as the inner and outer magnets, and the isolation sleeve is made of imported non-metallic materials, greatly reducing magnetic eddy current losses. It can transport high concentration and highly corrosive media with a density greater than 1.9t/m3.
Magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as magnetic pump) usually consists of an electric motor, a magnetic coupling, and a centrifugal pump. Its main feature is the use of a magnetic coupling to transmit power without leakage. When the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupling to rotate, magnetic lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor without mechanical contact to transmit torque. At the power input end of the pump shaft, due to the liquid being enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve, there is no dynamic seal and therefore no leakage.
