Image Granularity AnalyzerIt is a particle characterization instrument based on static image analysis technology. It integrates a high-precision optical microscope and an 8-megapixel high-definition camera, which can clearly capture the fine morphology of particles ranging from 0.5 microns to 4500 microns. Through intelligent software, it automatically analyzes more than 20 morphological parameters such as particle size distribution, aspect ratio, roundness, etc., providing comprehensive and accurate data support for quality control and research and development innovation in fields such as materials chemistry, biomedicine, and new energy.

4. Intelligent image processing and precise analysis
The instrument supporting software adopts optimized binary algorithm and non noise reduction edge recognition technology, which can automatically and accurately identify and segment various sample contours, including translucent particles; At the same time, it has the function of automatic identification and elimination of adhesive particles, effectively filtering overlapping and abnormal data points, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of particle size and shape analysis results from the source.
