1. The 22 megapixel color camera and A3 format ultra-thin backlight board have automatic correction characteristics for camera image distortion and backlight board uniformity, effectively reducing size measurement errors.
2. ★ It can automatically analyze the seed grain images in large quantities after imaging. The particle diameter for photo analysis is 0.5-20mm (identification parameters can be maintained in the model). The grains and grains of rice seeds need to be selected by wind and then counted and analyzed separately.
3. ★ Fully automatic counting speed of 1200-20000 grains/minute, counting error ≤ ± 0.1-0.4%, with minimal monitoring and correction to achieve 100% accuracy. You can also set the model you have been using recently as the default model, which is suitable for automatic and accurate seed testing of various crops such as rice, wheat, corn, beans, rapeseed, melon seeds, vegetable seeds, etc., automatic insect counting of various grain depots, as well as analysis of emergence number (emergence angle can be set in the model), uniformity (projection area), display and output counting results.
5. ★ It can automatically measure the shape parameters of each adhesive seed particle (length, width, aspect ratio, area, equivalent diameter [seed particle area corresponds to circle diameter], circumference, etc.), accurately display the outer rectangle of the seed particle, and automatically sort and output the seed particle sorting distribution map.
6. ★ It has the characteristics of self-learning and relearning the color and shape of the analyzed target, and achieving automatic classification, as well as variety comparison characteristics (requiring customized variety models with annotated images).
7. The analysis process is fully computer-controlled, efficient, accurate, easy to use, and truly one click operation. With just one click of the mouse, the results will be displayed. Equipped with an automatic input interface for barcode of the tested sample and RS232 weight data of the electronic balance.
8. You can use the mouse to select add/delete and manually count the analyzed images in the software. You can add rectangles, circles, and free-form seeds to ensure 100% accurate personalized counting of the target area. You can also count within any range or rectangle in the workspace field of view.
9. The analysis of image results can be saved, and a total report can be automatically generated. The statistical analysis results can be output and saved to a CSV table (which can be opened using WPS tables, and the results can be viewed by importing data into CSV files for Office tables), as well as output arrangement and measurement charts by width, length, area, etc.
