During the process of repairing or replacing vulnerable parts, it is necessary to ensure correct assembly, reasonable gap adjustment, and avoid the occurrence of tight friction.
3. The suction pipeline system must be leak free, and attention should be paid to whether there is any blockage at the suction inlet during operation. The medium that needs to be processed by the slurry pump often contains solid particles, so the partition placed in the pump pool should meet the requirements of the equipment to pass through the particles, reducing the possibility of blockage caused by oversized particles or long fiber materials entering the pump body.
4. The water pressure and volume of the bearing must comply with relevant technical regulations, and the tightness of the packing should be adjusted or replaced according to the operating conditions at any time during operation, otherwise it may cause leakage of the shaft seal. In addition, timely replacement of shaft sleeves for bearings also has the same significance.
5. If the bearing needs to be replaced, it must be ensured that there is no dust and the lubricating oil is clean inside the bearing components. At the same time, the temperature of the bearing should generally be maintained between 60 ℃ and 65 ℃ during operation, and should not exceed 75 ℃, otherwise it is an abnormal situation.
