Usage process:

(1) Add enough dry powder into the hopper, and start from the dryer to transport the dry powder in the hopper to the pre wetting device. At the same time, the solenoid valve of the inlet pipe is opened, and the dry powder is soaked in the pre wetting device and flows by gravity to the mixing tank for mixing and blending.

(2) The solution that has been preliminarily stirred and mixed flows through the overflow weir to the homogenization and maturation tank for further stirring and mixing; After a certain period of effective and gentle low-speed stirring, the drug solution meets the requirements of homogenization, maturation, and activity; Then it flows through the overflow weir into the solution storage tank, which can be used for dosing.

(3) When the solution storage tank is filled with drug solution, the liquid level switch sends a signal, and the dry tank and solenoid valve automatically close.

(4) Start the dosing pump and open the solenoid valve to add the drug solution to the required equipment.

2. Liquid level switch: detects the liquid level in the storage tank. Three liquid level contacts: high, low, and low low. When the system reaches a low liquid level, it automatically starts; When the system reaches a high liquid level, the system automatically stops; When the system reaches a low low liquid level, the system outputs an alarm signal to stop the operation of the export pump.
