Infrared pyroelectric sensor

The GUR5 infrared pyroelectric sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) is suitable for coal transfer points, underground coal bunkers, and transportation tunnels in coal mines. This sensor is used for personnel monitoring in the bi-directional roller area and can also be used to monitor whether there are people on the coal mine underground transportation belt, and to give an alarm or cut off the power of the belt protection device. When the device is not started or running normally, monitor whether there are workers working or approaching the bi-directional roller area

When personnel are working or approaching, the sensor outputs a control signal (relay node) to prohibit the equipment from starting or stopping, preventing accidents of twisting people in the bi-directional roller parts.

1、 Working principle and structural characteristics

1. Working principle

When the sensor is working normally, there is no temperature change within the effective range of the sensor receiving head, and there is no output change of the sensor relay. The belt conveyor is working normally during transportation. When underground personnel enter the effective monitoring range of the infrared probe, the infrared generated by the heat of the human body is converged by the Fresnel lens, which excites the infrared receiver to produce a weak low-frequency signal. The signal is amplified, shaped, and limited to output a high level to charge the relay, thereby outputting a closed (open) contact point. The belt conveyor can stop working and achieve protection.

2. Structural features

1) The sensor consists of an independent infrared pyroelectric probe and belongs to the infrared induction type sensor.

2) The shell is made of metal round steel with a protection level of IP54, and there are obvious "ExibI Mb" and "MA" marks on the shell.

3) The cable entry adopts a compression nut type.
