According to the principle diagram of unorganized dust control in the raw material yard above, a complete closed-loop control system has been formed through the "Eagle Eye Monitoring System → Control Center → Dust Removal Facilities (Dust Suppression Facilities such as Ultra fine Mist/Rotating Nozzle/Fog Cannon) → Eagle Eye Identification Monitoring System".

The closed-loop control system has the following functions:

(1) Form a complete closed-loop evidence chain for governance, achieve synchronous operation of production, pollution and governance, and upload corresponding governance records and videos to the integrated management and control platform for later verification;

(2) To achieve true unmanned and intelligent governance, this system will replace the traditional manual control mode of starting and stopping, eliminating the need for dedicated personnel to manage facility control work, and making the production and environmental protection of the entire material yard normalized;

(3) By precise identification, only activate treatment facilities for dust suppression and control in cases of pollution, reducing water and electricity consumption;

(3) Targeted prevention and control - using algorithm technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, combined with cross analysis of multiple sources of data such as production, management, monitoring, and surveillance, to prevent and stop dust from spreading outside the enclosed material shed in advance.
