Process description:
After removing large suspended solids and impurities such as hair through a grid screen, the wastewater directly enters the initial condition tank. The initial sedimentation tank also serves as a regulating tank to homogenize water quality and quantity, while settling insoluble solids such as undigested food and feces in the wastewater. The sedimentation effluent flows into the anaerobic hydrolysis tank, where under the action of extracellular enzymes from anaerobic bacteria, large molecular organic matter is hydrolyzed and acidified into small molecules, degrading most insoluble organic matter into soluble substances Then it enters the contact oxidation tank, and after the water level reaches the set level, aeration is carried out to fully mix the wastewater with activated sludge. After the aeration is completed and the sludge settles, the supernatant is discharged. When the sludge accumulates to a certain water level, it is discharged into the sludge tank. After biological treatment, the sewage enters the secondary sedimentation tank, and after sedimentation, it is lifted to the filter for filtration before flowing into the disinfection tank for disinfection treatment and meeting the discharge standards.
