Biological treatment is applied, which mainly converts organic matter in sewage into new microbial cells and simple forms of inorganic matter through the life process of microorganisms, thereby achieving the goal of removing organic matter.

The wastewater flows into the grid tank by itself, which is used to remove suspended solids in the sewage. Then, the wastewater flows to the regulating tank, where the water quantity and quality are effectively regulated. After being pumped into the anoxic tank, the wastewater is anaerobically digested to remove some pollutants, and some difficult to degrade organic substances are converted into easily degradable substances, which is beneficial for aerobic digestion treatment.

1. Grille pool

Aquaculture wastewater usually carries many large foreign objects, such as large sperm tubes, which need to be pre removed.


2. Septic tank

After passing through the grid tank, the sewage enters the collection tank to regulate the water quality and quantity. A submersible mixer is installed to mix the sewage and manure evenly, and a cutting pump is used to lift the manure to the solid-liquid separator.


3. Solid-liquid separator

The fecal water collected in the septic tank contains a large amount of solid substances such as pig hair that are not conducive to fermentation and are prone to clogging water pumps and valves. Install solid-liquid separation after the septic tank. Removing undigested crude fiber and pig hair, these pollutants are difficult to decompose whether anaerobic or aerobic. Anaerobic biochemical reactions require a residence time of more than 40 days and produce a large amount of sludge. Aerobic biochemical reactions have almost no ability to degrade these substances and can easily cause system paralysis. Removing these pollutants directly reduces the load on subsequent sewage treatment systems, and it is the best raw material for organic fertilizers.


4. Intelligent livestock and poultry manure fermentation integrated treatment equipment

The basic principle of tank sealed fermentation technology is to place fresh pig manure in a tank sealed stainless steel container, add high-efficiency aerobic bacteria, perform high-temperature aerobic fermentation, biodegradation, evaporate water, and obtain muscle fat.
