The intelligent dosing device uses the power provided by the circulating water pump to sequentially send the water to the process equipment units such as the circulation pipeline, filtration and purification, heating, dosing, disinfection, etc., so that the pool water can be purified, clarified, disinfected, and temperature regulated to meet hygiene standards, and then sent back to the swimming pool for reuse in the water circulation purification treatment system. The dosing device precisely prepares solutions of various solid and liquid chemicals through different process designs, and then accurately adds them using a metering pump to meet various design requirements.
The intelligent dosing device has gradually shown some defects in practical use, among which the circulating purification treatment system is a prominent part of its defects. The equipment is mainly composed of a metering pump as the main dosing device, which assembles the dissolving tank, mixing and dosing device, liquid level gauge, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, buffer, pipeline, valve, base, escalator, automatic monitoring system, power control system, etc. on a common platform according to the process requirements, forming a module called a modular combination unit. The pool water circulation purification treatment system refers to a water circulation purification treatment system that extracts used pool water from the pool or a uniformly (flat) Hengshui pool connected to the pool through a pipeline pump at a specified flow rate, and uses the power provided by the circulation pump to sequentially send it to the circulation pipeline, filtration purification, heating, dosing, disinfection and other process equipment units, so that the pool water is purified, clarified, disinfected, and temperature regulated to meet hygiene standards, and then sent back to the swimming pool for reuse.
Precautions for operating the intelligent dosing device
1. The motor of the dosing metering pump is controlled by a frequency converter. It was found that the dosing metering pump cannot work normally, which may be due to a fault in the frequency converter. At this time, another one should be used (one in use and one as backup), and the fault should be reset according to the instructions.
2. During the use of the level gauge, the material becomes damp and adheres to the material, which in turn affects the effectiveness of use on the surface of the level switch. The dosing device should be checked regularly and wiped (it is recommended to do it once per shift).
3. The electrical components inside the control cabinet are prohibited from entering water. During normal use, the cabinet door should be tightly closed and the control cabinet should not be rinsed with water. Otherwise, it will damage electrical components.
4. Due to the strong corrosiveness of chemicals, all mechanical components in contact with the chemicals should be regularly inspected and replaced in a timely manner.
In fields such as power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, environmental engineering, water treatment, etc., it is often necessary to continuously and automatically inject a certain liquid into another liquid to form a mixture, or to cause a chemical reaction between the added agent and a certain component present in the liquid to achieve the expected process requirements. The control system outputs instructions to the drain solenoid valve to open and drain water. After the conductivity returns to normal, the solenoid valve closes. Then turn on the dosing pump to replenish the lost chemicals in the sewage discharge, maintain the drug content of the system at a normal level, and turn off the dosing pump at the specified time.
