3. Usage method

Generally, it is chosen near the burner where the airflow has good fluidity and high temperature, which helps to fully evaporate and mix the drugs.

(1) Normal operation and addition

Determine different dosing frequencies and dosages based on the degree of coking, and spray the chemicals into the flame zone through the observation hole in the furnace through the equipment. In order to achieve better dispersion and atomization effect of the activator, it is generally chosen to use observation holes or coke holes in the burner layer.

The areas where coking occurs can be sprayed separately, and in order to quickly remove the coking at the position of the superheater, an appropriate amount of spraying can be added through the observation hole.

(2) Stop the furnace and add fuel

Before shutting down the furnace, during soot blowing and maintenance, the chemical solution is directly sprayed onto the surface of the water-cooled wall, screen superheater, wall enclosed superheater, and economizer tube wall in the furnace, and sprayed on the coking areas that cannot be removed. (Wear protective clothing when spraying)

Selection of dosage

Note on precautions: Within the first 3 months of use for moderate to severe coking, it is recommended to increase the dosage and frequency appropriately. The dosage can be adjusted according to the coal quality and the degree of coking in the boiler.

Introduction to Coke Removal Agents for Industrial BoilersThe addition time should be determined based on the degree of scaling and dirt inside the boiler. Generally speaking, the addition time of defocusing agent can be determined according to the following criteria:

1. Boiler operating time: The boiler needs to add a decoking agent every certain period of time, such as every 60 or 90 days.
2. Boiler internal water quality: When the water quality inside the boiler reaches a certain turbidity or pH value, it is necessary to add a decoking agent.
3. Thickness of attachments on the inner wall of the boiler: When the thickness of attachments on the inner wall of the boiler reaches a certain level, it is necessary to add a decoking agent.
