3. Usage method

Generally, it is chosen near the burner where the airflow has good fluidity and high temperature, which helps to fully evaporate and mix the drugs.

(1) Normal operation and addition

Determine different dosing frequencies and dosages based on the degree of coking, and spray the chemicals into the flame zone through the observation hole in the furnace through the equipment. In order to achieve better dispersion and atomization effect of the activator, it is generally chosen to use observation holes or coke holes in the burner layer.

The areas where coking occurs can be sprayed separately, and in order to quickly remove the coking at the position of the superheater, an appropriate amount of spraying can be added through the observation hole.

(2) Stop the furnace and add fuel

Before shutting down the furnace, during soot blowing and maintenance, the chemical solution is directly sprayed onto the surface of the water-cooled wall, screen superheater, wall enclosed superheater, and economizer tube wall in the furnace, and sprayed on the coking areas that cannot be removed. Selection of dosage
