Device Configuration
(1) The electrolysis power supply adopts UOUZEN constant current electrolysis power supply. The electrolysis power supply can accept external passive switch signal to control the start and stop. The operation status of the electrolysis power supply can be remotely displayed through the RS485 communication port. The electrolytic power supply can accept external 4-20mA analog signals for PID control of the generation of chlorine dioxide generator. It can be combined with a flow meter or residual chlorine online sensor to achieve automatic feedback control, so that the disinfectant content in the disinfected water is always controlled within the set range.
(2) The electrolytic cell is equipped with a corrosion-resistant pressure sensor, which automatically detects the water inlet pressure of the equipment. When the inlet pressure of the equipment is too low (less than 0.15MPa), the intelligent controller automatically controls the working state of the electrolytic power supply to ensure the safe operation of the equipment, avoiding equipment damage or collaborative disinfection gas leakage caused by the electrolytic power supply not being turned off due to low inlet pressure or water outage.
(3) There is a corrosion-resistant temperature sensor inside the electrolytic cell, which transmits the temperature status of the electrolytic cell to the intelligent control system of the electrolytic power supply; The intelligent control system controls the cooling water flow rate of the electrolytic cell based on the temperature status of the electrolytic cell, and maintains the temperature of the electrolytic cell in the state. When the intelligent temperature control system detects that the temperature inside the electrolytic cell reaches 40 ℃, it can automatically turn off the electrolytic power supply to avoid damage to the electrolytic cell caused by high temperature inside the electrolytic cell when the cooling water of the equipment is cut off.
(4) The electrolytic cell automatically detects the concentration of by-products in the outer chamber. When the concentration of by-products is too high, the intelligent control system of the electrolytic power supply controls the corrosion-resistant automatic discharge device to automatically discharge pollutants.
(5) The electrolyte in the electrolytic cell is forced to circulate using an imported chemical magnetic pump that is resistant to chlorine dioxide corrosion, ensuring stable production of the chlorine dioxide generator.
(6) The electrolytic cell is equipped with a corrosion-resistant negative pressure status indicator device, which can clearly display the negative pressure status of the electrolytic cell and automatically balance the negative pressure status of the electrolytic cell, ensuring the safety of equipment use.
(7) The generator plates are made of imported titanium mesh (plasma coated rare metal oxides of ruthenium, rhodium, iridium, and platinum), with titanium cooling water pipes and conductive columns integrated. The electrode plate adopts an end sealing structure to prevent leakage of chlorine dioxide coordinated disinfection gas, and the service life of the electrode plate is not less than ten years.
(8) To ensure that the equipment saves energy, the distance between the anode and cathode plates should not exceed 65mm, and the thickness of the electrolytic diaphragm should not exceed 5mm.
(9) The electrolytic diaphragm is made of polytetrafluoroethylene sulfonic acid material; The electrolytic diaphragm has low resistivity, corrosion resistance, no need for cleaning, and can automatically balance the pH value of the electrolyte inside and outside the electrolytic cell; The lifespan of the electrolytic diaphragm is greater than two years.
