Installation and use of JETB stainless steel self-priming pump:
1. This machine uses a 220V, 50Hz single-phase power supply
2. Before use, connect the inlet bottom valve with a 25mm diameter water pipe. Attention: The connection seal must not leak air.
During installation, the water pump should be placed as close to the water source as possible, and the length of the suction pipe and the number of bends should be minimized. The installation height of the suction system should be less than or equal to the self-priming height in terms of working performance.
Before starting the pump, unscrew the water filling bolt plug, fill the pump with water, and then tighten the bolt to ensure sealing. If water cannot be pumped out after running for 2-3 minutes, it should be refilled to avoid damaging the mechanical seal device.
When the water pump is idle for a long time and reused, it should be checked whether the water pump rotates flexibly before use. If it is found to be stuck or too tight, the pump casing should be disassembled to remove rust and debris inside the pump, and it can only be used after flexible rotation.
During the operation of the pump, if the flow suddenly decreases or there is abnormal noise or sudden stop, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
The function of the bottom valve is to close the backflow of water in the inlet pipe and prevent the inhalation of dirt and impurities. Therefore, during installation, there is a distance (more than 30 centimeters) between the bottom valve and the bottom of the water source.
8. The casing of the electric pump should be reliably grounded and kept dry during use. When working outdoors, it should be covered with rain gear to prevent moisture.
Common faults and troubleshooting methods:
1: The motor cannot operate normally

c. The valve port and pipe joint are not tightened. Tighten the bottom valve interface
6. Decrease in flow head
a. Excessive wear between impeller and pump body - Replace impeller and pump body
b. Mechanical seal damaged ----------------------------- Replace mechanical seal
c. There are too many detours in the water intake pipe. Check the pipeline and identify the cause
