Product Details

The JJ10 series autotransformer voltage reducing starting control cabinet is a modified product of the JJ1 series autotransformer voltage reducing starting control cabinet. This series of products is suitable for autotransformer voltage reducing starting of three-phase squirrel cage induction motors with AC 50HZ (or 60HZ), voltage of 380V, and power ranging from 18.5-315KW. It can accelerate the motor to rated speed and stop the motor, and has various protections such as overload and phase loss short circuit for the motor. When this series of products is specially designed for our submersible pump, it adds motor stator overheating protection and pump oil chamber leakage protection, and displays corresponding faults.
Usage environment
1. The starter can work reliably under the following conditions:
The highest air temperature around shall not exceed+40 degrees Celsius, and the lowest temperature shall not be lower than -5 degrees Celsius.
The average temperature of the surrounding air for 24 hours should not exceed+35 degrees.
The altitude of the installation location shall not exceed 2000m.
▲ The monthly average maximum humidity of the air is not greater than 90% (with an average temperature of 25 degrees)
▲ In environments with conductive pollution or where dry non-conductive pollution becomes conductive due to expected condensation (pollution level 3).
2. The control cabinet is suitable for the following working systems:

▲ Eight hour workday
▲ Repetitive short-time working system: The rated operating frequency is 12 times/h.
