Characteristics

1. Adopting a new hinge support structure improves the load-bearing capacity of the scraper, reduces operating power, and lowers operating costs;
2. Good safety, when encountering large obstacles, the scraper will automatically release the rake, equipped with a torque protection device, providing higher safety performance;
3. The driving device has been optimized and designed with high efficiency. It can use a shaft mounted reducer without the need for a coupling and has a compact structure;
4. The scraper curve adopts a logarithmic spiral type, which has a good scraping effect.

Construction and working process

The ZBGN series scraper, as shown in Figures 1-2, consists of a main beam, a central support and collector, a drive device, a scraper plate, a skimming device, a guide tube, a slag hopper, and a control cabinet.
Driven by the driving device, the main beam rotates around the central axis of the pool, and the scraper fixed on the scraper arm scrapes the sludge deposited at the bottom of the pool to the central mud collection pit. The scraper curve adopts a logarithmic spiral type, with uniform force and thorough scraping of mud. When there is an obstacle at the bottom of the pool, it can automatically release the scraper to protect the machine from damage. The driving device can be equipped with a torque protection device for safer operation.
Electrical Control
The start, stop, and operation time of the device can be set according to user needs, and it can be equipped with a PLC interface.
