1If the user has special requirements for the product, the following instructions must be provided in the order contract: A. Structural length BConnection form CRequirements such as nominal diameter, full bore diameter, reduced diameter, pipeline size D, operating medium and temperature, pressure range E, testing and inspection standards, and others.

1Product quality commitment: All types of valves provided by our factory are in accordance with GB and JB standards、 SH、 HG, CJ and other relevant domestic standards, as well as ANSI, JIS, BS, DIN and other foreign industry standards, are designed, manufactured, inspected and accepted, and can be smelted and manufactured according to special user requirements.

2When the user provides the determined valve type and model, the customer should correctly explain the meaning and requirements of the model, and sign the contract under the condition of mutual understanding between the supply and demand parties. Our company can configure various electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromagnetic drive devices according to specific customer requirements.

2Product supply commitment: We guarantee to provide brand new and defect free products, as well as relevant drawings and other technical documents related to the products. After the goods arrive at the construction site, we will also send technical personnel to the site to ensure that users have no worries during use.

3Futures and ordering users are requested to first call and provide detailed information on the required valve model, specifications, quantity, delivery time, and location. They should also promptly transfer 30% of the total amount as a deposit or full payment to our company's account. The remaining payment should be transferred before shipment to facilitate timely arrangements for delivery.

3After sales service commitment: Our factory's product warranty period is 12 months from the date of leaving the factory“Three Guarantees "Service (including return, exchange, and repair). Our factory regularly organizes technical quality inspection personnel to visit the product during use, in order to better put the product into use. Make users feel more at ease.
