Instructions for using the instrument insulation box:

1. Check the appearance of the on-site instrument insulation box every day to ensure it is intact, clean, and free of water and moisture on the body. Also, take protective measures such as waterproofing, anti-collision, and anti smashing for the instrument insulation box.

2. Check daily whether there are any signs of air or water leakage in the pipeline of the on-site measuring instrument insulation box. If not, deal with them in a timely manner. Check whether the signal and power lines (distribution box) of the instrument insulation box are beautiful, and whether the anti-corrosion requirements of the measuring pipeline are perfect. All large and small valves (including drain valves) related to the instrument insulation box should be regularly oiled (mechanical oil, butter, lead powder) to ensure that the valve switch of the instrument insulation box is sensitive and easy to use.

3. On site differential and pressure changes should be discharged at regular intervals to prevent pipeline measurement and valve blockage (using balance valves correctly and correctly indicating the difference in liquid level between two boilers can easily prevent discharge). Record the demand for sewage discharge and have a clear understanding (frequent discharge or valve opening and closing is also not conducive to the normal operation of the instrument insulation box).

4. Four pressure gauges, including boiler drum pressure, main steam pressure, economizer outlet pressure, and excess steam outlet pressure, need to be calibrated by the quality inspection bureau every six months (with proper judgment records). Other simulated instrument insulation boxes should also be calibrated regularly according to their conditions.

5. Contact the technical team every day to confirm whether the secondary display instrument insulation box is accurate and reliable, otherwise it should be promptly verified and disposed of. DCS host units, operation station microcomputers, instrument insulation cabinets, etc. should be blown off of dust in a timely manner.
