1、 Overview

KBWL vertical submersible discharge slurry pump is used to transport slurry liquids that are worn, corroded, or contaminated. The pump adopts an immersion type, which eliminates exhaust and start-up issues. The impeller is installed at the end of the cantilever shaft to keep the rolling bearing away from the liquid. The pump is made of F5 alloy, which has been successfully researched by the Institute of Metal Corrosion and Protection of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and our factory, based on the corrosion situation of the medium being transported. The parts that come into direct contact with the medium and corrosive gases can also be made of materials required by the user.

The KBWL pump is suitable for industries such as chemical, petrochemical, mining, papermaking, cement plants, steel mills, water plants, food, etc. It transports various organic and inorganic acids, alkaline solutions, salt solutions, and slurries for phosphate compound fertilizer plants.
