Main features of F79U actuator

Compact gear and rack design, with the entire piston area used to generate output torque.

The piston with integrated rack reduces dynamic sealing points and minimizes air leakage points.

The dual piston eliminates lateral loads acting on the gear shaft, thereby reducing bearing wear and extending service life.

The internal air circuit eliminates the need for external connections.

The electrostatic coating anti-corrosion coating on the hard passivated aluminum shell makes the actuator suitable for corrosive environments.

The hollow drive shaft can be directly installed on KeystoneTM valves without the need for intermediate connectors, ensuring proper alignment during installation.

The gear shaft that enters from the bottom makes it easy to disassemble and assemble the actuator, and the anti blowing device at the top of the shaft makes the actuator easy to remove

The anti friction piston plate ensures no metal to metal contact, making the operation smooth and ideal for on/off and adjustment conditions.
