Kiln insulation aluminum silicate felt

Aluminum silicate plate is made by melting selected high-quality gemstones in an electric furnace above 2000 ℃, mechanically blowing them into fibers, and uniformly adding special binders, oil repellents, and water repellents through heating and solidification. Mainly used for thermal insulation in the power industry, power boilers, steam turbines and nuclear power plants, fire insulation in the shipbuilding industry, fire insulation in the construction industry, fire doors, and wall lining of high-temperature reaction equipment and heating equipment in the chemical industry. Aluminum silicate needle punched felt, also known as aluminum silicate cotton or aluminum silicate fiber felt. It is mainly used as a fireproof insulation layer in high-temperature equipment such as steel mills, power plants, petroleum, chemical, boilers, etc. It is divided into two categories: wire throwing type and blowing type, which are further divided into ordinary type, standard type, high-purity type, high aluminum type, and zirconium containing type. Each level increases with the increase of temperature resistance. The main differences are color, slag ball content, tensile strength, and temperature resistance. Aluminum silicate needle punched blanket, as a type of insulation refractory material, can be classified into six different types according to different temperatures. One is the regular type, with the letter code STD and a temperature of 12600 degrees Celsius. The second type is high aluminum type, with the letter code HA, and its temperature is 1400 degrees Celsius. The third type is zirconium containing type, with letter code ZA and a temperature of 1430 degrees Celsius. The fourth type is high-purity, with the letter code HP and a temperature of 1300 degrees Celsius. The fifth type is the standard type, with a temperature of 1260 degrees Celsius. After boiling continuously at 100 degrees Celsius for 96 hours, the quality, density, and thermal conductivity of the water-resistant aluminum silicate fiber blanket did not show significant changes. This performance has passed the water resistance test of the National Glass Fiber Product Quality Supervision and Testing Center.
