1、 Overview
The LHB type leak free chemical pump system was developed by our factory in early 1998, based on the introduction of the latest centrifugal pump technology from abroad and combined with our years of production experience, through continuous improvement and refinement. Main features: The mechanical seal adopts a negative pressure device to transport liquids for a long time under the condition of increasing pressure and gradually decreasing flow rate. The mechanical seal does not withstand working pressure, ensuring that it never leaks. It is an ideal equipment for building a civilized factory.
2、 Purpose:
Alkali industry: Ammonia salt liquor produced from pure alkali and ammonia linked alkali, ambient temperature caustic alkali produced from chlor alkali, chlorine products and chlorates, hypochlorites.
Steel industry: electroplating, acid washing, and waste acid treatment. Acid industry: nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, etc.
Nonferrous metallurgy: transportation of electrolytes for electrolyzing copper and nickel, acid mist for producing cobalt, slurry for producing zinc, ammonium vanadate for producing vanadium, acid and thiourea solution for producing gold, etc.
Paper industry: transportation of pulp cooking solution and bleaching solution.
Fertilizer industry: production of urea and nitrate.
Petrochemical industry: production of refined acetaldehyde and alkylbenzene from petroleum.
