Please install the crack transmitter correctly according to the following diagram. Incorrect installation can cause measurement errors and damage the transmitter over time;

1. The transmitter is only suitable for indoor installation and not for outdoor use;
2. First, fix the stopper vertically to the wall, then compress the transmitter probe by about 25mm and fix it for installation, so that the telescopic rod is in vertical contact with the stopper grid surface;
3. Installation needs to ensure that the limit surface of the installation bracket is perpendicular to the expansion rod of the crack gauge. Tilting can cause inaccurate measurement data, reduce accuracy, and damage the transmitter over time, affecting the measurement accuracy of the transmitter.
4. After the installation of the transmitter is completed, read the initial value on the system platform and set the zero point.
Power on operation instructions
Note: After receiving the transmitter and collector, the collector needs to be powered on first, then the transmitter needs to be powered on, and wait for it to go online. After data is available, on-site installation can be carried out.
1. Convert the LORA to 4G collector with 3 antennas (1 LORA suction cup antenna, 1 4G suction cup antenna, and 1 WIFI glue stick antenna) according to the antenna interface definition (corresponding to installation on the collector), and then use a power adapter to supply power;

LORA to 4G Collector
2. The crack transmitter is powered by batteries. To prevent accidents during transportation, the product is in a power-off state before leaving the factory. Users should install the LORA antenna properly before powering it on.
The specific operation is as follows: remove the LORA antenna, rotate the antenna from the antenna mounting hole onto the product, remove the product cover, and push the internal switch to the BAT position to power on.
View data on MQTT tool (requires installation of MQTT tool), and check the data upload status on MQTT tool (transmitter powered on first).
Do not power on transmitters within the same network at the same time. After uploading data from one transmitter, power on the next transmitter and check the data status. Finally, tighten the screws on the top cover.

3. Log in to the server website (supports MQTT) to check if the collector is online
Enter the server account and password to log in to the server website.
Power on the collector (transmitter first), click Settings, select Chinese as Language, and apply Apply.
Click on 'Client' to see if there is a client ID corresponding to LORA ID. If not, wait for 60 seconds. Because the heartbeat interval of the collector is 60 seconds. If there is a corresponding collector ID (60004), you can see 60004 as shown in the following figure.
