Main Features

1. By improving the blade inclination angle, the size of the front and rear disc suction and exhaust ports, and the radial clearance between the impeller and the pump body, i.e. the radial ratio, the air volume has been increased compared to the same model on the market5%.

2. Using high-precision CNC equipment such as machining centers to process key components such as pump covers ensures stable product performance and reliable operation.

3. The impeller material is entirely made of ball milled cast iron or welded steel plates, fully ensuring the stability of the vacuum pump impeller under various harsh working conditions and greatly improving the service life of the vacuum pump.

4. All the shaft sleeves of the vacuum pump are made of wear-resistant stainless steel, which greatly improves the service life compared to ordinary materials.

5. The belt pulley (belt drive) adopts standard high-precision cone sleeve belt pulley, which runs reliably. It uses imported belt with long service life and easy disassembly.
