Replace complex and highly variable centrifuge tubes and orifice plates with centrifugal, blowing, bouncing/suction operations, and use laminar flow for cell cleaning.

The laminar flow washing MINI system is an affordable experimental equipment designed for surface staining and intracellular staining, bringing consistency of results to every laboratory. By utilizing laminar flow based cell cleaning, MINI replaces complex and highly variable centrifugal tubes and orifice plates for centrifugation, blowing, and bouncing/suction operations. MINI is designed to help every flow cytometry user achieve the highest amount of reproducible results. Unlike centrifugal based systems, MINI provides cross customer consistency. Under artificial high gravity centrifugation, cells will experience stress reactions, making the final data unreliable. Laminar flow cleaning can achieve higher dilution levels for binding antibodies by increasing the number of cycles, but the treatment experienced by cells is gentler. Centrifugation can lead to the disappearance of differences between cell populations, and the fewer variables and operations cells undergo, the higher the quality of flow cytometry data
