Laminar washing system/washing machine

Laminar flow washing technology was developed to improve sample preparation in suspended cell analysis experiments
Introduction to HT2000 system, laminar flow washing new system established for safety and automation in biological research

The laminar flow washing HT2000 system is built on the successful foundation of the HT1000 system, and improves the user experience through a touch screen interface, optional integrated buffer exchange, and easy integration with an automation platform.

By using laminar flow cleaning technology, cells can be gently cleaned without increasing pressure, resulting in higher retention rates during collection and sorting. In addition, cell surface markers were not modified, and unbound antibodies were effectively washed away, resulting in cleaner and clearer separation data. For high-throughput flow cytometry laboratories, consistency can be achieved by reducing the variability of manual operations.

Biosafety achieved by reducing aerosolization and applicable to most biosafety cabinets

Easy to integrate into automation systems

Maintain consistency by reducing changes in manual operations

Complete cell cleaning within 3 minutes, saving time

Due to the absence of centrifugation, cell pressure decreases

Easy integration into laboratory automation

The laminar flow washing technology provides scientists with advantages in the treatment of suspended cells in flow cytometry. Prior to FACs analysis, abandoning centrifuges greatly improved workflow and time management. In the traditional flow cytometry protocol using centrifugation, immune cells undergo multiple washings, which exert significant pressure on the cells. This in turn increases the alteration of biomarker expression pathways and the loss of cells. By using laminar flow cleaning technology, cells can be gently cleaned without increasing pressure, resulting in higher retention rates during collection and sorting. In addition, cell surface markers were not modified, and unbound antibodies were effectively washed away, resulting in cleaner and clearer separation data. For high-throughput flow cytometry laboratories, consistency can be achieved by reducing manual variability.

The laminar flow washing technology can achieve a cell retention rate of over 95%, which can provide more accurate data compared to the microtiter plate/centrifugation method

Non centrifugal whole blood washing - human and mouse

Cracking and washing red blood cells with traditional microtiter plates or centrifuge tubes may result in significant cell loss and damage. There is now a better method to lyse red blood cells, which can obtain clean stained antibodies with lysis effects comparable or better than traditional methods. The new laminar flow cleaning system can achieve non centrifugal lysis and white blood cell cleaning on a single platform, effectively removing red blood cells and debris. Whether through CD45 staining or FSC-SSC scatterplots, it can be seen that whole blood lysis using a laminar flow washing system has similar leukocyte retention rates compared to centrifugal lysis.
