Compression molding

Under normal circumstances, the pressure can reach tens or even hundreds of tons, depending on the equipment model and the required density of aluminum chip compacts. After being subjected to high pressure, aluminum chips are pressed into regular blocks, such as cylindrical, square, etc., and the shape can be customized according to actual needs.
Demoulding and transportation
After the aluminum chips are pressed into shape, they need to be removed from the mold. This step is usually completed through a demolding mechanism, such as a top rod demolding device that pushes the pressure block out of the mold. After demolding, the aluminum chip compacts are transported by specialized conveyor belts or other conveying devices to the next process, such as packaging or direct transportation to melting furnaces and other places for reprocessing.
