Large scale combustion exhaust gas purification equipment with 10000 air volume
The main features of RCO type exhaust gas treatment catalytic combustion equipment and high-temperature air combustion technology are:
1. Adopting a high-temperature air flue gas waste heat recovery device, alternately switching between air and flue gas to flow through a thermal storage body, can largely recover the sensible heat of high-temperature flue gas, thus achieving waste heat recovery;
2. Preheat the combustion air to a temperature level of over 1000 ℃ to form a new type of flame that is distinct from traditional flames such as diffusion flames and premixed flames, creating an excellent uniform temperature distribution inside the furnace;
3. By organizing combustion in a lean oxygen state, the significant generation of high-temperature thermal nitrogen oxides (NOx) under normal conditions is avoided. Therefore, this technology has generated significant economic and social benefits in practical applications.
4. PLC fully automated control, matched with operable touch screen, high human-machine interaction, energy-saving and labor-saving.
5. Adopting flameless oxidation, safe and efficient, and capable of explosion-proof design.
6. High performance honeycomb ceramic carrier precious metal catalyst, with high catalytic activity, stable performance, long service life, and low resistance.
7. High performance activated carbon and additives have a large specific surface area and better adsorption and desorption performance than low wind resistance, making them highly suitable for use under high air flow conditions.
8. According to the customer and waste situation, the adsorption bed can be equipped with a fire protection system to fully ensure the safety of the facilities.
9. Set up LEL detection interlock protection to strictly control the concentration of organic waste gas entering the system below 1/4 of its explosive limit.
10. Multiple safety protection systems include abnormal control, temperature warning, shutdown alarm, and fault shutdown
