Working principle of ball mill

When the ball mill cylinder rotates, the grinding material is attached to the cylinder lining plate and carried away by the cylinder due to inertia, centrifugal force, and frictional force. When it is brought to a certain height, it is thrown down due to its own gravity, and the falling grinding material shatters the material inside the cylinder like a throwing object. Materials that have not reached the particle size are returned to the ball mill through a spiral classifier, forming a closed-loop grinding process.
