1、 Overview
The mechanism of semi dry desulfurization is to spray water and powder desulfurizer, which can easily bond into blocks when combined inside the tower and eventually fall into the bottom of the tower. Currently, domestic peers adopt direct external discharge of tower bottom ash, which generates secondary pollution of dust during desulfurization. The hardness of the desulfurization ash block is not very high, it can be crushed by simply stirring and striking. Sometimes, if the moisture content is high, the desulfurization ash still has a certain viscosity. Due to the special working conditions, it is difficult to use existing crushers practically. Heavy crushers are overused and waste resources, while precision crushers do not need to be finely ground.The lightweight single roll crusher independently designed and developed by our unit has made up for the above shortcomings and is used for crushing desulfurization ash blocks at the bottom of the tower in the semi dry desulfurization process,Enable pneumatic conveying of desulfurization ash to avoid secondary pollution from fly ash.
