Limit sleeve compensator is a compensation device for thermal fluid pipelines, mainly used as an auxiliary equipment for straight pipelines. Suitable for hot water, steam, and grease media, it compensates for thermal expansion by sliding the outer sleeve through sliding motion.
The service life of the limit sleeve compensator is long, and its fatigue life is comparable to that of pipelines. The sliding surface has been treated and has good performance in environments such as salt water and salt solutions, which is more than 50 times higher than austenitic stainless steel. At the same time, if the sealing effect is weakened due to wear and tear, the flange can be tightened again to enhance the sealing performance. Alternatively, the bolt can be loosened, the pressure ring can be removed, and one or two layers of sealing rings can be installed to tighten the pressure ring and continue to use.
