Low pressure vacuum pump pneumatic conveying system in dilute phase

We use a fan installed at the beginning of the conveying system to introduce positive pressure air far exceeding atmospheric pressure into the feeding unit. The material is added from the hopper and enters the feeder for quantitative feeding under the action of gravity. The feed and gas reach the separator or silo through the conveying pipeline. After separating the feed gas, filter the air and discharge it into the atmosphere.

Working principle:

This system is a pneumatic conveying system that uses a Roots blower as the gas source and a rotating feeder as the feeding device to continuously pressure feed materials. The system has the characteristics of low conveying pressure, short conveying distance, and reliable conveying. Due to the positive pressure of the system, even if there is a gap at a certain connection point of the piping system, external air or rainwater will not enter, and materials are easily discharged from the discharge port.
