Low speed submersible thruster/device

Low speed submersible mixer, also known as submersible thruster, is a QJB multifunctional submersible mixer in the low-speed thruster series. It is used for mixing in oxidation ditches, various biochemical tanks, as well as river antifreeze and landscape water circulation. The low-speed thruster is composed of an oil submersible motor, reduction device, propeller, and installation system. Its characteristics are small matching power (1.5-7.5KW), low speed (27-131r/min), large blade diameter (1000-2500mm), low-speed rotation, generating large volume flow field, and providing service. The swept back banana shaped blade design has self-cleaning function and is precision cast from polyurethane or aluminum alloy material. It has the advantages of light weight, high strength, etc. Its friction performance can ensure good damping effect with liquids at low speeds, thus creating a soft water flow. This series of products not only has the functions of pushing and creating water flow, but also has the function of stirring.

The submersible thruster should be able to operate continuously and normally under the following conditions

1) The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 40 ℃;

2) The pH value of the medium is between 5-9;

3) The liquid density does not exceed 1.15 kilograms per cubic meter;

4) Long term diving operation, with a diving depth generally not exceeding 20m.

Scope of application of submersible thrusters:

The QJB multifunctional low-speed submersible mixer is mainly suitable for mixing, stirring, and circulating in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment processes. It can also be used as a maintenance equipment for scenic water environments. By stirring, it can create water flow, improve water quality, increase oxygen content in water, and effectively prevent suspended solids deposition.

·Mixing and uniformity of sewage, wastewater, sludge water

·Thickening process, sludge, sewage tank cleaning, prevention of particle condensation and sedimentation on tank walls and bottoms, removal of suspended solids, prevention of icing, creation of water flow, circulating water, etc

1. Mixed liquid of sewage sludge/sewage (wastewater/chemical water can also be raw water)

2. Can effectively control the separation of concentrated sludge

The submersible mixer should be able to operate continuously under the following conditions:

1. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 40 ℃;

2. The pH value of the medium is between 5 and 9;

3. The liquid density shall not exceed 1150kg/m ³;

4. Long term diving operation, with a diving depth generally not exceeding 20m;

5. It is necessary to work underwater and not in environments that are flammable, explosive, or corrosive.
