Working Principle:

The biological reaction process refers to the process in which organic matter in wastewater is converted into inorganic matter through microbial degradation. In MBR curtain membrane, wastewater is first treated by a pretreatment unit to remove large particles and suspended solids, and then enters the biological reaction unit. The biological reaction unit usually consists of an aeration tank and an MBR membrane unit. Aeration tanks are designed to provide oxygen for the growth and metabolism of microorganisms. Wastewater is aerated in the aeration tank, and through the rise of bubbles and the flow of water, the organic matter in the wastewater comes into full contact with oxygen, thereby promoting the degradation activity of microorganisms.

The membrane separation process refers to the process of separating water molecules and dissolved substances from microorganisms and suspended solids in wastewater. In MBR curtain membranes, membrane components play a role in separation. Wastewater enters the MBR membrane unit from the aeration tank, and microorganisms and suspended solids in the wastewater are intercepted by the membrane outside, while water molecules and dissolved substances enter the membrane through the membrane. Microorganisms and suspended solids outside the membrane will be regularly cleaned or attracted to maintain membrane permeability.
