Purpose and Introduction
The MGS high-efficiency and fast clarifier is a product introduced by our company with American technology. Mainly used in power plant acid-base wastewater, boiler wastewater, and boiler acid washing wastewater treatment systems, municipal water supply engineering high turbidity eagle water pretreatment, and clarification and separation treatment of high concentration mud sand water in sewage plants, to quickly and effectively remove high concentration suspended solids and organic matter in water. The removal of suspended solids can reach over 95%, and the sludge concentration is 2% to 4%. Especially when using dry sand and gravel for washing and polishing water treatment, the effluent can achieve the effect of recycling.

Structure and working principle
The inlet and outlet methods of the clarifier are upper inlet and upper outlet, with sludge discharge and sludge circulation at the bottom. And multiple sight glasses need to be installed on the bottom mud hopper of the equipment to observe and test the amount of sludge.
The raw water, after being mixed and reacted, enters the stable flow tank at the top of the equipment and flows into the cone at the bottom of the equipment along the two sides of the tank. It passes through the composite packing area from the cone upwards. The specially designed composite packing is different in height and installation angle from ordinary clarifiers, which is more conducive to separating dry sludge and accelerating sludge sedimentation. The equipment uses a special upper water channel to collect water, ensuring uniform flow velocity and reducing turbulence to achieve its treatment effect. The upper part of the clarification tank is a collection hopper with a large angle to ensure smooth sludge discharge and high sludge concentration. The reflux is mixed with the inlet water, which can quickly contact and adsorb magazine particles in the raw water, achieving rapid separation of sludge and water, fully utilizing the role of coagulants and improving clarification efficiency.
