purpose

Widely used in water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and various water supply and water conservancy projects, the lifting and regulating of gates, weir gates, sludge discharge valves, etc. are used to achieve the opening and closing of gates or valves. It can be divided into two types of control forms: manual (hand cranked, hand cranked) and electric (dual-purpose flashlight, dual hanging point flashlight).

Structure and Characteristics

The flashlight hoist adopts a screw spiral transmission to achieve the opening and closing of gates and weir gates. The transmission screws all use trapezoidal threads without flat bearings, and have the characteristics of simple installation and maintenance, lightweight and flexible operation. The electric hoist adopts a two-stage reduction system consisting of a spur gear, a worm gear, and a worm wheel to meet the working conditions of slow speed and large torque. The stroke mechanism adopts the principle of decimal counter to control the stroke error by 0.5%. The torque protection control is achieved by generating sleeve displacement through the worm gear to protect the electrical appliance. Easy to operate, capable of on-site and remote control, and can be divided into ordinary, outdoor, and explosion-proof types according to environmental requirements to meet different needs.
