1、 Product Introduction:
1. The device adopts a high-speed digital control processor as the output core, and applies a 32-bit dual precision algorithm in the software to generate high-precision waveforms of any phase. Due to the use of an integrated structure, the various parts are tightly combined, the data transmission distance is short, and the structure is compact. Overcoming the problem of fewer output waveform points caused by long data communication lines and narrow frequency bands in laptop controlled measurement and control instruments.
2. We have always insisted on using high-performance linear amplifiers for phase current and voltage output, so that the current and voltage sources can directly output waveforms from DC to various frequency components, such as square waves, combined waveforms of various harmonics, fault transient waveforms, etc. The output waveforms are clean and smooth, without high-frequency radiation interference to adjacent equipment, and can simulate the current and voltage characteristics of various short-circuit faults well.
3. The power amplifier circuit adopts imported high-power high fidelity modular power devices as the power output stage, combined with carefully and reasonably designed heat dissipation structure, with sufficient power redundancy and thermal capacity. The power amplifier circuit has complete protection against overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage, and short circuit. When overcurrent occurs in the current circuit, overload or short circuit occurs in the voltage circuit, the output power is automatically limited, the entire power amplifier circuit is turned off, and an alarm signal is displayed. To prevent overheating of the power amplifier circuit caused by long-term operation under high current, the device has set a software time limit for high current. When the output is 10A or below, the device can work for a long time. When the current exceeds 10A, the software will start within a time limit. When the time limit expires, the software will automatically turn off the power output and give an alarm indication. The larger the output current, the shorter the time limit.

Flexible combination of voltage and current output can achieve 6-phase voltage and 6-phase current, and can be freely combined to achieve conventional 4-phase voltage, 3-phase current type, 6-phase voltage type, 6-phase current type, and 12 phase output modes. It is compatible with various traditional testing methods, and can also be conveniently used for three-phase transformer differential testing, plant power fast switching, and backup automatic switching testing.
2. The operation mode device can also be connected to an external laptop or desktop computer for operation, achieving dual operation mode, convenient, fast, and stable performance.
