Magnetic levitation centrifugal blower
Magnetic levitation blower is a mechanical equipment for transporting gases. It adopts core technologies such as magnetic levitation bearings, ternary flow impellers, high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors, high-efficiency frequency converters for speed regulation, and intelligent monitoring and control. When starting, it first suspends and then rotates without friction or lubrication. The ternary flow impellers are directly connected to the rotor, with zero transmission loss. It is a high-tech, green, energy-saving and environmentally friendly product.
The magnetic levitation blower adopts non-contact and non mechanical friction magnetic levitation bearings and high-speed high-power permanent magnet synchronous motors to directly drive the high-efficiency fluid impeller, overcoming the shortcomings of traditional blowers and gas levitation blowers. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, few faults, and no need for lubrication system. Even if the magnetic levitation bearing fails, relying on the protective bearings in the system, the high-speed rotating rotor can still be safely stopped without causing serious damage to the equipment.
Structure of magnetic levitation centrifugal blower
The main components include high-efficiency centrifugal impellers, magnetic levitation bearings, permanent magnet synchronous motors, and dedicated frequency converters. This type of fan adopts an integrated design, with high-speed motors, frequency converters, magnetic levitation bearings, and microprocessor control panels all designed and integrated as a whole. Its core is magnetic levitation bearing and permanent magnet motor technology.
(1)High speed centrifugal impeller. The impeller is designed and optimized using the ternary flow theory, resulting in high efficiency and a wide working area; Its material is made of high-strength forged aluminum or titanium alloy, with strong deformation resistance; Made by precision machining with a CNC machining center, it has better anti-corrosion performance. According to experts from the National Fluid Laboratory, the efficiency of the impeller working point can reach85%.
(2)High speed permanent magnet synchronous motor. Install permanent magnets on the spindle of the motor to ensure spindle magnetism. The coil wound with silicon steel sheets on the stator of the motor generates oscillating magnetic force, which maintains the same speed and oscillating magnetic field during operation, achieving synchronization. The permanent magnet motor adopts magnetic levitation bearings, which have the characteristics of no mechanical friction, low noise, low vibration, and long service life. (3)Magnetic levitation bearings. Through controllable electromagnetic suction, the rotating shaft is stably suspended without any mechanical resistance during rotation, resulting in high efficiency, no wear, no maintenance, no need for lubricating oil, and no oil in the air sold.
(4)Intelligent motor control system. Magnetic levitation blowers generally use vector free variable frequency control, which adjusts the frequency to control the rotation of the permanent magnet motor, thereby controlling the flow rate of the blower to meet various working conditions.
