1. Determine gas flow rate:
Process requirement analysisBased on the specific vacuum suction process, understand the requirements for material conveying volume, speed, etc., and roughly estimate the required gas flow rate.
Analogous systemIf there are similar operating systems, they can refer to their gas flow data and make appropriate adjustments based on actual differences.
Pipeline resistance calculationConsidering factors such as the length, diameter, and number of bends of the suction pipeline, calculate the resistance generated by the pipeline, which will be converted into the required static pressure.
equipment resistanceConsider the resistance of equipment such as filters and valves that may pass through during the suction process.
Height difference impactIf there is a height difference in material lifting, the resulting static pressure loss should be taken into account.
End demand pressureClarify the pressure conditions required for the material to reach its final location, which is also part of the static pressure requirement.

More and more companies are choosing multi-stage fans instead of traditional Roots fans, mainly considering cost-effectiveness factors: energy-saving advantages, noise, ease of use, maintenance, and service. For the initial purchase cost, it may seem slightly higher on the surface, but upon closer examination of our company's fan performance advantages, we will inevitably find that the situation is different.
The energy-saving measures taken by our company are:
1) The speed of the Cheng blower is 3550 revolutions per minute, while the conventional manufacturer's speed is 2980 revolutions per minute. This high-speed and efficient technology originated from GD Company in the United States. On the basis of this technology, we use computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to assist in the design and further optimize the flow channel structure, including the inlet end, impeller, diffuser, turning zone, rotating zone, orthogonal rectifier guide, volute, etc. Optimize the matching and combination between compression unit levels. The aerodynamic efficiency of the whole machine is 5-10% higher than imported products and 10-20% higher than domestic products.
2) Sealing: Domestic products are labyrinth seals, and we use three seals: labyrinth, carbon ring, and suction. Minimizing work loss to the greatest extent possible, sealing one item can increase the efficiency of the fan by at least 3%.
3) Impeller ratio: We have 3 types of impellers, while other factories have 1 type of impeller. The impeller ratio combination is more reasonable.
