1、 Purpose:
The host of KHP360-K-Z coal mine belt conveyor protection control device (hereinafter referred to as the host) is a new generation of mining controller that integrates advanced electronic technology, PLC technology, automation technology, communication technology, and anti-interference technology, with mining intrinsic safety PLC as the control core. This substation has high reliability and cost-effectiveness, powerful communication capabilities, LCD Chinese character display, rich operation and function buttons, voice alarms and other characteristics. It is an intelligent control device suitable for use in hazardous environments such as coal dust and gas. It has wide universality and strong adaptability, and can achieve automatic detection, monitoring and control of belt conveyors in various occasions.
This substation is suitable for hazardous environments such as gas and coal dust explosions underground in coal mines or harsh ground environments. It can also be used as a comprehensive protection for belt conveyors in harsh environments such as metallurgical mines, open-pit coal mines, ports, coal preparation plants, power plants, etc., replacing various existing belt conveyor comprehensive protection devices. It can not only automate the control of standalone devices, but also form a network system to achieve distributed and hierarchical remote monitoring and management.
