Afterwards, lubricating oil should be added to the transmission chain every six months. If it is necessary to work in a dusty environment, it must be cleaned with an oil soaked cloth and the chain should be checked for damage;

3. This bucket scale is designed for use on flat or level hard roads, and the goods should be secured with buckles or clasps. The safe loading of goods is strictly prohibited from exceeding the weight limit to ensure safety. It is strictly prohibited to perform up and down operations when rotating oil drums and liquids. After the homework is completed, the goods should be unloaded and heavy objects should not be parked on the bucket scale for a long time;

4. The bucket scale should be operated or parked in a place that is not affected by rain or snow, and should not be used in damp environments. It is strictly prohibited to operate or park on slopes;

5. Please pay attention to safety. It is strictly prohibited to place any part of your body under the door frame or wheels, just in case. When weighing with a bucket scale, maintain a safe distance of about 2 meters in front and no one should be below;

6. Keep the battery in a charged state, charge it once or twice a month, and add distilled or purified water if necessary. If the battery is not used for a long time (more than a month), it should be removed from the car and recharged every 3 months. Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources;

7. Regularly check and tighten loose screws, nuts, and battery wire connectors, as well as inspect the wear of the oil pump motor's brushes to eliminate potential defects and maintain good contact;

8. Before each use, check whether the fasteners are tightened, whether the sealing gasket is damaged or ineffective, and whether the retaining ring can fix the goods. Regularly clean the body of the bucket scale, paying special attention to whether there are ropes, debris, and other foreign objects involved in the wheels and axles;

9. The bucket scale vehicle cannot be used on high temperature ground to avoid damage to the polyurethane or nylon wheels;

10. During the warranty period, it is generally not necessary to replace hydraulic oil unless there is a malfunction in the hydraulic system. It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil every two years. Oil change operation: Ensure that the fork frame is in the bottom position, loosen the hose at the bottom of the cylinder and place the hose into the oil receiving container, start the lifting handle, the pump runs, and the oil in the tank is drained. Use YZ-N46 or similar hydraulic oil. YH-10 is recommended for cold storage due to low temperature. After changing the oil, lift and lower the fork frame 2-3 times, empty the air in the oil cylinder to make the machine work normally. If the lifting height cannot be reached, hydraulic oil needs to be added again;

11. If the weighing display of the bucket scale malfunctions and quickly loses power, and cannot accurately determine the cause of the malfunction, our professional engineers should be notified for inspection and organization. Users are not allowed to open the chassis or replace internal parts at will;

12. Both bucket scale operators and instrument maintenance personnel need to undergo specialized training before engaging in operation and maintenance.
