The FD-FS3000 meat rapid identification equipment combines microfluidic chip and constant temperature amplification technology to monitor the entire process of detection and amplification of the test sample. The microfluidic PCR detector adds the extracted DNA template to the microfluidic chip and places it in a microfluidic fluorescence reader with real-time fluorescence detection for isothermal amplification. At the same time, internal standard detection holes are added to the chip to monitor the detection and amplification of the test sample throughout the process, in order to prevent the occurrence of false negatives. If the target fragment is present in the sample and subjected to constant temperature amplification, the fluorescence signal is captured in real-time by a fluorescence detector to intuitively reflect the generation of amplification products.
