Overview

Decanter is a key equipment commonly used in wastewater treatment processes such as CASS, SBR, ICEAS DAT-IAT, etc. The SBR process, mainly used in wastewater and urban sewage treatment in industries such as beer, food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals, has been widely applied. The HPS type rotary decanter developed by our company has the advantages of small volume, good decanting effect, low energy consumption, no noise, high degree of automation, easy centralized control, and convenient maintenance.

Product Details

Decanter, also known as decanter, is one of the key mechanical equipment in SBR process. It can be divided into siphon type decanter, rotary type decanter, self floating type decanter, and mechanical type decanter. Currently, the rotary type (a type of mechanical type decanter) is widely used in China.
The decanter is a device used in the SBR process to regularly remove clarified water. It has the ability to decant clarified water from a stationary pool surface without stirring the sediment, ensuring the quality of the effluent. Due to the intermittent reaction adopted in the SBR process, the inflow, reaction, sedimentation, and drainage are completed in the same tank, without the need for a secondary sedimentation tank and sludge reflux equipment. Therefore, it has the advantages of small land occupation, low investment, high efficiency, and good effluent quality; Simultaneously connecting multiple SBR tanks can provide both the continuity of traditional sludge treatment processes (continuous inflow) and the intermittency of typical SBR processes, making it suitable for water quality, quantity, and large variations. Therefore, it has been widely used
